Far Beyond the Sky

I apologize for the lack of updates recently. ( ̄▽ ̄)ノ My wonderful 100%-oh-so-truly-Malaysia-Boleh internet line has been failing me by being tsundere with me 80% of the time.

Soon after fellow GAR member, Kat took off to continue her adventures of exploring manga in the land of the rising Sun, I was further motivated to pursue my own path in the industry and the past few weeks have been surveying more scholarship programs and been taking Intensive courses to take the necessary steps to further my studies in Japan myself.
(゚ー゚)(。_。)ウンウン

Initially I thought I'd have trouble with remembering a majority of the syllabus since languages aren't really my strong point, but somehow with the help of the educators at the Learning Centre I'm going to and my colorful cast of classmates, so far it's been smooth sailing where classes are concerned.
ヽ(≧≦)ノ♪ It's been hectic and tiring but my dear classmates have always managed to keep it interesting and fun that I don't mind the weariness studying came with.

Fellow GAR member, Iwashi has also been a huge help for preping me in reading and speaking/writing grammar haha. And for those who know me, my grammar and reading "skills" are enough to make even the sane-est of Teachers vomit blood haha.
♪(ノ´∀`*)ノ Thanks a million and I LOVE YU BBY.

Other than studying again, I've been juggling my responsibilities and duties for my manga groups and company as well which often keeps me busy and preoccupied enough through out the days. And Thank the Heavens above, my will and ability to draw has somewhat return as I'm already working on different projects and all, including KAMCAO's Le Noir final Project. O(≧∇≦)O

Well I'll post up works soon if I can, until then I hope everyone stays happy and healthy! ♪(ノ´∀`*)ノ

Yeap! you guessed it! Its the new, fast paced fighting game that graced the market last year for PS3 and now PSP (yeay!); BlazBlue! (*≧▽≦)

Last week, a dear friend of mine left his Playstation 3 and a handful of games at my place overnight so I and fellow GAR member, Saku can give it a go and amongst the stash of games he left was the Fighting Game "BlazBlue", all wrapped in it's blue cover glory
\(o ̄∇ ̄o)/

I can't say much about gameplays and all since I'm not a very experienced gamer but I've been wanting to give this particular game a go ever since I heard that it was out in the market. Mainly it was because I saw the reviews, designs and above all it was because it was promoted as another franchise from the creator of Fighting game "Guilty Gear". I'm a huge fan of his and has been able to keep up with his works thus far (despite the fact that I don't get to actually play his games, I do follow his designs and all).

The fact that my friend spent close to RM200 additional just for a HD cable worked out very well for all of us as the colors, sound and movements were set perfectly on the LCD television and Home Theater System that dominated our living room. As we proceeded to play the game, my friend (who I will call 'Kim' in this entry for convenience), carefully and patiently tutored me on how to execute basic commands on several characters since Saku was kicking my butt all the way despite it being her first time as well. After trying several characters I find the character Taokaka and Ragna the Bloodedge to be most suited for my usage.

But as I only had the chance to play it for 2 days, I didn't really get my fill. But fellow GAR member Peecee told me of him owning the game on his PSP which I was pleasantly surprised by since I own a PSP.

so currently I'm hitting a few bumps with installing the game into my PSP but I'm really excited to own it on my PSP. God knows I hardly get to play video games when I was young so I'm really game starved haha. Can't wait !!

Shipatttsu!

Yes indeed! (*≧▽≦)

The past week or so, I have been discussing with my folks alot regarding my future education and such. For most who knows me, why I'm currently not in any university or college is due to the fact that I'm working to pay my own way since the subjects that interest me are not available locally. Which means I can only do it overseas and that would cost too much for my parents to bear if they were to pay for me.
( ̄へ ̄;; )

But I forgot all about scholarships!!
♪(ノ´∀`*)ノ Yesh! How can I forget about that! After discussing it with fellow GAR member, Iwashi and Saku, all three of us have decided to take the necessary steps together to ensure we qualify for a scholarship program that reopens next year in March, courtesy of the Japanese Embassy.

I'm currently eyeing alot of Voice Acting or Seiyuu courses in Japan but mainly the ones offered at Toho Gakuen and Nihon Kogahakuin. o( ><)o But to qualify for the scholarship, let alone the actual schools themselves, I'd at least have to attain a Level 2 JLPT Test certificate. So after much discussion, Iwashi agreed to teach both I and Saku the basics whilst we take a part time course offered in Teikyo University so we can try and score the JLPT Levels as soon as possible. O(≧∇≦)O

I like feeling productive, so I always tend to keep myself busy but lately I've been feeling really pumped up about virtually everything! (*≧▽≦)~♪ From my drawings all the way to my private franchising. Things are really starting to pick up, so I have to buck up ~!

OSU!! Time to take off!! \(^▽^*)
